The Embarrassment of OTK
OTK, if somehow you didn’t know, means over the knee, as in the pictures above.
For many it is the favourite position for a spanking and it is one that separates the so-called spankos from the generality of BDSM.
In movies past and present, it was harnessed for its comic impact, either serving as an out and out joke, or used to soften sexual-spanking innuendo.
It is this last point, the softer and more intimate side of spanking that often makes it more embarrassing.
Again trawling through Life Forum, Experience Project and other discussion boards I chanced across these snippets to illustrate my point.
Helen B, now 52, had this to say:
“When I was 18 I got the cane at school. It was a very ordinary commonplace event and I thoroughly deserved it. However, my father was so embarrassed that it had happened at all that when he saw me in the holidays he put me across his knee and spanked me. So there you have it, what can be intimate and fun in one context can often be tougher than thorough work out with something harsher.

I just suppose who the audience consists of.In this day and age women are much more used to pulling their panties down than in years gone by.If the spanking is on a one to one basis it would be no big deal. However with an audience the humiliation would be that much greater.Once the pain of the spanking takes over the embarassment of having to bare all is likely to take second place.
