And the beat goes on

Yolandi Visser from the group Die AntwoordSouth African Rap music artist Yolandi Visser from the group Die Antwoord likes to shock. As well as sex, certain deviance and nudity, the group’s video work also features spanking as seen from the above picture.

Can’t say much more about them, but the video can be found on YouTube, but blink and you will miss the spanking.

I don’t know if it means anything, but the writing on the paddle is Greek for “he, she, or it is.”

Thanks Dascha – I did look it up and came up with Js’s Greek and decided it wasn’t Greek. But I also think (from further reading) that it is her nickname so maybe there is an intentional pun. 🙂

Pleasure, Afrikaans is one of south africa’s languages and a paddle like that was a familiar thing in Afrikaans homes often inscribed with braaiboud(translated as braai or barbeque butt, english does not instill the same fear).

Could also be a pun as pointed out, I cannot see if the last letter is an exclamation point or not.
