A boss and a father figure Latin-style

Regiane AlvesRegiane AlvesRegiane AlvesIt’s interesting what you can find on a trip to the southern hemisphere isn’t it? Brazil seems to have much more interesting TV than we do. The actress pictured above is Regiane Alves. In the clip bellow she is spanked in the Latin soap Modern Times (Tempos Modernos)

I wonder if this featured on the Spank Statement or Chross, I am sure i saw a still of it somewhere like that. I had a look for more information but I couldn’t find it, but this is the first time I have seen this clip, so enjoy.

The blurb that went with it was in Spanish and the nearest I can work-out is that the woman has been deputised to run a business while the boss is away and has managed to upset all the staff with her overbearing bratty ways and the real boss is sorting things out.

Her father really put her in her place. What show is this from?

    Damian,
it seems that in some ways Latins are more open than we Anglos. 😀

I am sure a British version would have certain parties frothing at the mouth. 😉

Incidentally Chross beat me to it with this find.
I missed it because his version won’t play in my regular browser and it was under a different heading – I have also had this trouble with some browser on my own blog.

You can find it here: http://chross.blogt.ch/archives/1444-North-and-South.html

If you can’t see this clip either on Chross or here – then copy and paste the URL into a different one and try that.

  5. Great clip! Hmm … but should someone be spanked for not recognizing the language of the blurb — and the national language of Brazil — as Portuguese? 😉

Thanks Jeff, who do you mean?

The blurb I found was in Spanish – else I wouldn’t have stood a chance of getting the gist. Not sure anyone else expressed a view about the language of Brazil. 😉
