Tri-state authorities recruit BDSM practitioners to improve youth discipline

This could be a regular scene in colleges and schools from 2012
Governor Jed Corbett, current chair of the Tri-State body looking into youth discipline, particular among young women and teenage girls, has proposed that state educationalists and law enforcement agencies actively recruit “those with a proven expertise in getting the job done.”
Unsurprisingly there was some resistance at first to his proposals but his state legislature passed the measure by 43 clear votes to accept and other state bodies look set to follow suit.
In practice the proposals, which will vary from state to state, will mean that any young women rounded up by the police who is in breach of curfew and other breaches of the law may get a spanking from special designated chastisements squads.
What is clear is that state bodies are being openly encouraged to advertise for experienced doms from within the BDSM community.
“Its sounds irregular, but lets face it we just don’t have the right expertise for this.” Said Deputy Governor, Sirus B Shaw.
It is not yet clear whether special centres will be set up or whether corrections will take place at local police stations.
Brad Dolman, County Sheriff of Harrington, has said he already takes a firm line with errant young women and is locally renowned for spanking his own daughters in public when he believes it necessary.
His Daughter 18-year-old Stacy Dolman told reporters:
“Hell sure its embarrassing, especially when dished it out on the bare, but sometimes it’s the only way to get the job done. At least now it won’t be just my butt that’s on the line.”
The salary levels for the new consultants has yet to be set and some public financiers are questioning whether they will get enough applications for future positions at the pay grade the state can afford.
The Andrea Dworkin Foundation, has come out strongly against the proposals.
A spokeswoman said:
“Obviously there is a very real need to correct negative and destructive behaviour among young women and maybe corporal punishment is the way to go. But we feel that recruiting men who may have a prurient interest in such matters is the wrong way to go.”
They have suggested instead that existing social workers and therapist be retrained to take on these tasks.
The authorities have set themselves plenty of time to address the details, as the measures are not to be implemented until 1 April 2012.

Hello peeps
I was wondering this.
Although I heard of the sherrif guy or someone like him – the Dworkin stuff sounds wrong.
Sammy
Is this in Texas?
I heard of these half baked ideas getting passed before.
All that will happen will be some regulation will allow the paddle and no one will ever use it.
They will never recruit professionals to do this. That will get dropped.
